About the event

Activity process:

  • Massage Oil DIY (10ml) : The benefits of various essential oils will be introduced on site, and participants will personally mix their own soothing post-workout massage oil.

  • Acupressure training : Explain relaxation points and massage techniques for the shoulders, neck, legs, arms, etc. to enhance massage effectiveness.

  • Posture Stretch Demonstration : Simple and effective stretching movements are taught, along with homemade massage oil to promote muscle relaxation and recovery.

Through the combination of aroma, acupressure and stretching exercises, we help you master the tools and techniques for self-repair after exercise, quickly restore energy and maintain physical and mental health.
