Product DetailsMade with single essential oils, it is divided into 6 scents extracted from natural plants, covering a variety of tones (such as floral, herbal, citrus, woody, etc.), each corresponding to different physical and emotional needs.
* Large candles: Burn for approximately 40-45 hours and last approximately 1 month.
* Small candles: Burn for about 20-25 hours, and can be used for about 1 week.
1. Return conditions
- Acceptance period: Apply within 24 hours after receiving the goods (based on the time of receipt of notification). Applications submitted after the deadline will not be accepted.
- Product status:
- The product, original packaging, labels and gifts must be kept intact.
- Provide complete "proof of purchase" (order number, invoice, etc.).
- Non-human damage or transportation damage (if it is a transportation problem, photos of the damage proof are required).
- Non-returnable items:
- Customized products.
- Goods that have been opened and used or are not suitable for secondary sale.
2. Return process
- Contact Customer Service: Send a message to WhatsApp () with your order number, product photo and a description of the issue.
- Review and confirmation: We will reply within 3 working days whether the return is accepted.
- Returning goods: After approval, please send the goods to the designated address (shipping costs are borne by the seller).
- Refund processing: After receiving and verifying the goods, a refund will be made via the original payment method within 7 working days.
3. Notes
- Refund time: The actual time it takes to get the refund depends on the processing speed of the bank or payment platform.
- Exception: If the product is defective or shipped incorrectly, we will cover the return shipping costs.
1. Shipping time
- All orders will be shipped within 7 working days after payment confirmation (work holidays will be postponed).
- After shipment, we will provide the "SF Express Tracking Number" via Whatsapp. You can check the logistics status through the SF Express official website or APP.
2. Shipping rules
- Hongkong:
- Shipping is free for orders over NT$1,200. Shipping is payable by the buyer if the order is less than NT$1,200.
- Overseas Regions:
- Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Actual costs depend on the destination and weight of the item and will be quoted separately during checkout.
- The mode of transportation (air/sea) will be coordinated and arranged according to the nature of the goods and the region.
3. Notes
- Delivery delay: In the event of force majeure such as natural disasters, epidemics, customs inspections, etc., the delivery time may be extended. We will proactively inform you of the latest progress.
- Duties and Taxes: Additional charges such as duties and import taxes incurred for overseas orders are the responsibility of the buyer.
- Inspection upon receipt: Please confirm that the product is intact when signing for it. If you find any damage during transportation, please take a photo immediately and contact customer service within 24 hours.
